Cotton: We should crack down on drugs, enact prison reform
America is in the grips of the worst drug crisis in its history. Each year, overdoses kill more Americans than the entire Vietnam War. Meanwhile, Congress is getting softer on drug dealers. A bipartisan bill making its way through the Senate would drastically cut mandatory minimum sentences for cocaine and heroin smugglers. Sen. Tom Cotton sounds off.
